Did you know that some of your professors conduct research at NSC? We ask psychological questions and try to find the answers using surveys and experiments. You can be a part of that research by serving as a participant. Here's what you should know about participating in psychology research:
If you would like to participate in a research study fill out this five minute survey and we will contact you about upcoming studies!
- Your information will always be anonymous and/or confidential: no one will be able to connect your name to your responses to any of our questions.
- You will receive compensation for some of the studies. Generally compensation can be things like: cash payment, NSC gear, gift cards, and raffle tickets to win big prizes like an iPad.
- Any contact information you provide is only used to inform you of study information and schedule times for you to participate.
- If you agree to participate in research you are volunteering, and have the option to discontinue at any time or ask to have your results removed from the study.
- Participating in research can be a lot of fun and lets you know how all those studies you read about in your classes are done!
